1. Writer Vetting
Every applicant submits proof of a US graduate degree, passes a subject-specific writing test, writes a sample paper reviewed by our senior editors, and signs an NDA. Only 3% pass. Ongoing performance is reviewed monthly — writers who fall below a 4.7/5 rating are removed.
2. Originality
Every paper is written from scratch. Before delivery we run three checks: Turnitin (against academic databases), Copyscape (open web), and GPTZero (AI-generated content). Free reports are provided on request. Anything above 5% match is rewritten before it reaches you.
3. Confidentiality
Accounts are anonymous by default — we never require your real name, school, or student ID. Writers see only the assignment brief, not your identity. Payment is processed via PCI-compliant gateways; we never store card details. All data is deleted after 90 days.
4. Refunds & Guarantees
Full refund if we miss the deadline. Full refund if a plagiarism report shows more than 5% match. Partial refund for rubric mismatches. Unlimited free revisions for 14 days after delivery, no questions asked.
